Tom Rattle is Assistant Head (Digital Learning & Innovation) at St Dunstan’s College, with a career in education spanning nearly two decades. A former Head of Faculty and Senior Teacher at Woldingham School, Tom has led digital strategy across both Microsoft and device-agnostic environments. He is particularly interested in user adoption of technology, AI integration in schools, and staff development. At St Dunstan’s, he is spearheading a human-centred digital and AI strategy, including a spiral curriculum for AI and a week-long AI Futures event. His work focuses on empowering both staff and students to thrive in blended learning environments.
